goes wrong
You won't find
fancy graphics and sound here, just good simple advice. Basically
computers are simple machines, they do what they are told (most of the
time). If they are not doing what you want or expect, either you are
asking the wrong question, or something has got into them and upset
them! Often this is a virus or trojan.
- The first
rule is Don't Panic.
- The
problem may be quite simple to
fix.
- Stop and work out what is going
wrong.
- Are you
getting any error
messages
which explain things?
- Have you changed
something recently?
- Have you installed
some new software?
- Have you de-installed
some software?
- Does your Anti-Virus
software report anything?
- Remember,
problems rarely occur without a reason.
